Safety vests for the inclusive daycare center St. Martin Salzkotten: Greater safety for little explorers

As a second-generation family business, the Condor takes responsibility—not only for its employees, but also for society. An important part of this commitment is supporting families and ensuring that children grow up in a safe environment.

In 2018, the Condor supported the creation of a company-affiliated daycare center as an investor. This resulted in the inclusive daycare center St. Martin Salzkotten : an inclusive facility where young children can grow, learn, and develop individually.

Today, the daycare center received another contribution to the children's safety: a complete set of high-visibility vests, which will be used on future excursions and at events. The vests ensure that the children are clearly visible as a group and are even better protected in traffic.

The handover was carried out by the managing partner Dominik Schulte together with Johanna Schauff, the director of the St. Martin daycare center. The children immediately tested the vests with great enthusiasm.

As a family business with deep roots in the region, the Condor has been committed to local social projects for many years. With this donation, the company is underlining its self-image as a responsible family business that invests in the community, safety, and the future for the long term.

About the inclusive daycare center St. Martin Salzkotten:

Children aged 4 months to 6 years find dedicated care and support for their individual learning paths at St. Martin. We pursue a situation-oriented educational approach. Education takes place by addressing and working on the children's questions, topics, and interests. We are in the process of developing a partially open concept. This means that, in addition to fixed elements such as morning circle or group meals, there is sufficient time within the daily structure for the children to organize themselves. Prepared areas such as the movement or construction room, the painting area, the workshop, the playground, or the kitchen invite children to follow their current play interests and meet with like-minded playmates.
