Condor® Goldline

In cardiothoracic surgery, the number of minimally invasive surgical procedures is steadily increasing. For example, many procedures such as heart valve and bypass operations can be performed by mini-thoracotomy. The Condor GoldLine  Cardiothoracic System was developed - together with users - especially for these highly specific procedures and supports you in operations with an intercostal approach.

The Condor GoldLine  cardiothoracic system is attached to the operating table. This means that it does not rest on the patient and consequently minimises the risk of pressure points and vascular injuries. The patented traction devices allow the rib arches to be spread easily with one hand and are finely adjustable at the same time.

With their individually adjustable direction of pull, they meet the respective requirements of the surgical procedure and guarantee an optimal view of the situs. When a tissue stabiliser is used, it can be easily attached to the GoldLine® system. It also guarantees a simple and quick Setup, which is possible from both the surgeon's and the opposite side.

Central brackets and tension devices are designed for the high forces involved in spreading the ribs so that the system can offer very high stability.

The Condor GoldLine cardiothoracic system includes two individually adjustable traction devices. For sufficient stability, a large amount of force is no longer necessary when pulling the rib arches and the system is easily adjustable. The traction device is secured even when force is applied. The handles and support arms can be positioned as desired, giving you maximum freedom for minimally invasive techniques, and you can choose between resting your hands and forearms or more freedom of movement.
